Mould design takes place after a client’s request has been carefully analysed. Based on our experience, we can offer:

  • co-design supporting client project managers to optimise the industrialisation of the jets,
  • realisation of prototypes,
  • definition of products and equipment with CAD 2D and 3D systems,
  • the study of mould filling with dedicated software allowing the eventual presence of defects in the jet to be defined beforehand and therefore optimisation of mould design.
Mould construction comes about in partnership with a pool of specialised suppliers who have been carefully selected, always in close collaboration and under the careful supervision of Metalfond.
